It describes the arrangements for ordering, delivery, payment, returns, and use of the website. The form asks for contact and order details. We use them to confirm availability, price, fulfilment, and your request; nothing is charged online.
We do not create accounts or accept online or card payment. Payment is cash on collection or delivery. Site prices are indicative and confirmed by phone before collection or delivery.
We keep a phone number and order details for up to 12 months after the last order or contact. We then delete or dispose of them when no longer needed. We may keep records longer where necessary for an unpaid amount, complaint, return, legal requirement, or establishing or defending a legal claim.
