Orvaku Household Goods OPC, trading as Orvaku, sells inexpensive everyday household goods. These include storage boxes, laundry helpers, cleaning brushes, hooks, and organisers. Product descriptions may change. Stock information may change. Prices shown on the site are informational only. We confirm the available items by phone for each request. We also confirm the final price and any delivery details. This happens before collection or delivery.
You may place a request by phone or by sending the short order form, including the items and quantities you want. Sending the form is not an online sale and does not charge you. A shop representative will contact you to confirm the items, quantity, price, collection or delivery details, and any applicable delivery charge. The representative may answer questions and record corrections before the request and final arrangements are confirmed. An order is accepted only after that confirmation.
You may cancel before confirmation by phone or through office@domain. After confirmation, contact us promptly; cancellation may not be possible once goods are prepared or handed to a delivery provider, though reasonable requests will be considered.
We do not accept online payment or card payment. The full confirmed amount, including any confirmed delivery charge, must be paid in cash. Payment is due when you collect the goods or when they are delivered. If you do not collect a confirmed order at the agreed time, we may cancel it. We may also cancel a delivery after reasonable unsuccessful attempts to complete it. Where arrangements repeatedly fail, we may decline later requests.
Within 7 days, request a return of an unused item in saleable condition with packaging; legal rights for defective or incorrect items remain.
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, Orvaku is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from a delayed, cancelled, or unavailable order. We remain responsible for losses caused by fraud, wilful misconduct, or negligence where law requires. These terms do not remove consumer rights. Any limitation applies only as far as Philippine law permits.
We may update these terms when our goods, ordering process, payment arrangements, or legal obligations change. We may also revise wording to clarify how an existing process operates, without changing the arrangements that apply to an already confirmed order. The updated version will be posted on this site, with the date of the change shown where practical. It will apply to new orders placed after posting. The terms that applied when an order was confirmed will normally continue to govern that order, unless Philippine law requires otherwise.
Order by phone or form, then pay in cash when collecting or receiving your items. No card payment is available.
